   The health and fitness markets are very demanding industries today's time.every person want to be healthy and fit at any cost.
  So that food supplements and fitness classes are growing fastly nowadays..  It is good to be healthy , but most of people use energy drinks , powder and many other ways to became poweful. They seems to be beneficial at that time but after some time our body will be habitual of that. So we have to choose best and with no side effects  products to use for health. 
   If you ask for natural resources,  then i suggest you to use fruits , vegetable,  naturals things to use.  Yoga is one of the best habbit in our daily workout for many diseases. 
    At this time when all countries in the world are struggling from corona disease and covid 19 , we have to use natural remedies as precautions at our home.

  I remembered a person who was discharged from isolation when corona found negative in him by treatment.  He said that he used to do yoga regularly.  I have seen his interview on news channel. 
  So stay at home , do your regular workout, do not smoke drink , and forgive other bad  habbit. 

Regular yoga helps us to fit our body.  It gives us benefits in many deseases like suga, BP , lever disease,  etc.
