At the top of you phonepe app you can see Tab "transfer money".In this tap you can send money in many ways given below- 

1. To contact 
2. To account 
3. To self Bank account 

If you want to send money to person who is in your contact list of your phone  , you have to select his contact from contact list.

If you want to transfer money to account of someone then you have to mention account details after selecting "to account " tab.

If you want to transfer money in your account then mention your account details. 

Below these options you can see many essential icons of useful apps.you can use them and pay by your account using upi pin.

Below this you can see recharge dth  , electricity bill payments,ect you can pay for them easily by upi pin. The money will be deducted securely from your account by your confirmation.
